11 Calories Assault Bike
9 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
7 Thrusters (115 / 75)

Then, at the 20 min mark:

In teams of two, with partners alternating every 90 seconds for 12 minutes, complete the following (4 rounds each):
7 Burpees
9 Ball-Slams (pick weight)
11 Box Jumps (24 / 20)

*Pick up where your partner left off
