Rest 30 seconds between clusters, 3 minutes between sets

B.
For time:
Run Around the Block
Then:
Three rounds of:
10 Front Squats (135 / 95)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
Then:
Run Around the Block

Rx+ Overhead squats (135 / 95), 70 / 53
