This week marks the 5 year anniversary of CrossFit Forte. One the ways we’d like to celebrate is by donating $10 for every CFF member who comes and does todays workout to the victims of Hurricane Harvey.

Every minute, for 12 minutes: 1 squat clean thruster

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes (4 loads)
