Workout of the Day

In teams of 2, with only one person working at a time:
2k Row
200 Anchored Sit-ups (partner stands on feet)
150 Lunges w Ball in Bear hug hold (pick weight)*
100 Pull-ups
50 Plate Burpees (45 / 35)
1 mile run**

* Can use a Med ball/slam ball, sand bag

**Both partners run
