Hang Power Snatch
12 minutes to build to a heavy set of 2

Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes:
400m Run
Then, AMRAP of:
10 Hang Power Snatches (115 / 75)
10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Rx+ strict HSPU, chest to Bar
*Every 5 minutes you will run 400m and you will pick up where you left off in the 10-10-10 portion.
*Score will be total rounds and reps
