Clean and Jerk
Every 90 seconds, for 8 sets: 1 squat clean + 2 jerks

Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 2 sets

B.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 Toes to Bar
10 Hang Power Cleans (135 / 95)
10 Burpees
