The CrossFit Forte Force for Families was a success! With almost 11k raised, we surpassed our goal.
HUGE THANK YOU to all the sponsors, competitors, to all those who donated, and last but not least, the volunteers who spent their Saturday helping the event run as smoothly as it did.

Min 2: 10-20 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups
Min 3: 8-16 Alternating DB Snatches (pick weight)
Min 4: 8-16 Toes to Bar
