A.
Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 rounds):
30/20 Calories on Assault Bike
20m Walking Lunges w DB in Front Rack (pick weight)
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24 / 20  – facing)

Each round will be scored for time

Rx+ 50/35 OH Lunges, 30/24 inches
Masters: 24/16 calories, 20/16 inches
