In teams of two, with one person working at a time, complete the following:

2500m on Assault Bike
30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Front Squats (95 / 65)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)

1250m Row
then
30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Push Presses (95 / 65)
Pull-ups

800m Run*
3-20-10 rep rounds of:
Thrusters (95 / 65)
Burpees Over the Bar

*Both partners run.

Rx+ 135 / 95, chest to bar
