Bench Press
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
10 reps – building

After each set: 10 bent over barbell rows

B.
AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
40 Double-unders
20 Pull-ups
30 Double-unders
15 Handstand Push-ups

Masters: hand release push-ups
Rx+: chest to bar, strict hspu
