Other coolness:

While competitors are limited to Forte members, we highly encourage you to invite your friends, family, and kids to come cheer you on! Send your friends and family an invite to our Facebook event.

Mid10 Nutrition will also be on hand to answer your questions about performance supplementation.

Cost of entry:

$35 per person which will go toward prizes and tees.

Some of the prizes up for grabs are sports massage gift certificates, private mobility sessions, and membership fees!  That’s just getting started!

WODs will be posted closer to the competition date here and on our Facebook page.  They will test a wide range of skills and athletic capacity.

There are six scored events per division (men Rx, men scaled, women Rx, women scaled). At each event, teams’ performances are ranked, and there is one point per place awarded (one for 1st, two for 2nd, etc.) Teams with the lowest overall points win. If a team fails to complete an event within the time-cap (for timed events), their score will be capped and will receive a one-point penalty for each rep not completed.

Teams may choose to modify parts of the workouts; however, if any part of the workout is modified from the prescription for the division, the team will automatically place after all teams who performed the workout as prescribed.  If a team chooses to modify the workout, they must inform their judge prior to the start of the event.
