Warm up
Run 400 m or row 500 m
then 2 rounds of
10 squats
10 push-ups

Skill
10 min of double under work

Conditioning
20 Min AMRAP of
5 Ring dips
10 Wall Balls (20 / 14 lbs)
15 Kettlebell swings (53 / 35 lbs)
