800m Run

B.
Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 rounds):
21 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
15 Overhead Squats (135 / 95)
9 Burpee Broad Jumps (6 feet)

Rx+ 25 minutes (5 rounds)
