Workout of the Day

A.
“Air Force Workout”
Complete the following for time:
20 Thrusters (95 / 65)
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Shoulder to Overhead
20 Overhead Squats
20 Front Squats

At the beginning of every minute complete 4 burpees. The workout begins with 4 burpees.

B.
Optional:
Assault Bike: 2 min max calories
