A.
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 1 power clean + 1 hang Power Clean
Starting moderately heavy, increase load every 3 minutes
(~60% to ~80%)

B.
Three sets of:
1 Minute Max Calories on Rower (or airbike)
1 Minute Max Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (pick weight)
1 Minute Max 10m Sprints
1 Minute Rest
