Hang Snatch (power or squat)
Every minute, for 12 minutes: 1 hang snatch
Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes
B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
12 Alternating Overhead Lunges (95 / 65)
16 KB Snatches (53 / 35 – 8R, 8L)
20 Double-unders
Rx+ 115 / 75, 70 / 44, 10 triple unders
