Increasing the load each set, establish a heavy snatch

15 minutes

Four sets of 2:30 minute AMRAP
15 Calorie Assault Bike buy in (ladies: Airdyne)
In remaining time:
5 Power Snatches (135 / 95)
5 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 90 seconds, and pick up where you left off
