“Buttercups”
Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes:
20 Calories on Assault Bike (Ladies: Airdyne)
10 Burpees Over the Bar
15 Hang Squat Cleans at 135 / 85

The hang cleans reps will decrease, but the weight will increase

Round 1: 15 at 135 / 85
Round 2: 12 at 185 / 115
Round 3: 9 at 225 / 135
Round 4: 6 at 245 / 155
Round 5: 3 at 275 / 175

Each round will start with 20 calories and 10 burpees over the bar.
The score will be the time it took to finish each round.
