Snatch Pull + Snatch
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets): 2 snatch pulls + 1 snatch (power or squat)

Starting light, increase every 2 sets (5 different loads).
Or stay light and work on form.

30 Power Snatches (135 / 95)
